JOSHUA shows on three panels (2x2 m each) important religious events:
The two stories of creation: 1.Mos 1.1-2.3 < the all-embracing spirit creates Elohim, the spirit world with the original spiritual people >; 1.Mos.2.4-2.25 < the I-Am, Yahwe, an aspect of Elohim, creates the psychological world, the paradise – the original man becomes separated from his spiritual origin and part of the psychological creation.
Caused by self-will of man: Starting with the eating from the tree of knowledge, through which man chooses his own path and becomes entangled with the material creation (the world of good and bad) which denies his return to the original spirit world.
Salvation: Jesus offers man a chance for revision: he – who is connected to the spiritual world in a special way – reminds man of his purpose. He offers him strength to achieve them. With that man could cancel the two sins – cancel the separation from Yahwe and in the end Elohim.
