come together. be one

The organizers present Vorarlberg as „tasteful“, „intimate“, „warmhearted“ in every respect and clearly emphasize with their claim what the World Gymnaestrada is meant to be: „come together. be one“. The organizers use as their reinforcing symbol the spiral.

The artist Beate Luger from Hohenems translated this spiral into clay, using one of my pictures as her background. The picture was taken at a concert during Schubertiade Hohenems inside the Markus-Sittikus-Hall – one of the cultural centers of Vorarlberg.
