“MOVE” Series (2007)

Conceptual art exhibition on the occasion of the 13th World Gymnaestrada 2007 in Dornbirn (Vorarlberg). A collaboration of Martin Stock (mashART) and the Gymnastics Club Hohenems. Participating artists: Beate Luger (visual artist) and Jürgen Ludescher (composer).

“move” is an artistic discussion between the aesthetics of movement and the movement itself – following the example of the concept of the organizers of this year’s World Gymnaestrada.

The organizers of the 13th World Gymnaestrada have come up with a few words that best describe this years event (prologue): movement, friendship and solidarity. During preparation the condensed them through the four elements: water, air, earth and fire into the quintessence – man.
